Le spa thermal est implanté sur la partie Sud du site. La Résidence hôtellière occupe la partie Nord, avec l’Hôtel (Niveau R + 1)

L’organisation du spa thermal se décline en trois entités :

- Centre aqua-ludique
- Secteur soins à la personne
